My POV.....
by Sarah Heath

Infernal Gates by Michael J. Webb is a unique end of times novel.  Although it could be likened to the well-known Left Behind series, it is very different. It’s cast of unlikely characters is found to be connected in extraordinary ways. Infernal Gates seamlessly meshes what could be real life tragedies with the events prophesied in the Book of Revelation. This supernatural thriller kept me enthralled and up late at night wanting to know what would happen next! Ancient gods, old superstitions, prophesies, and more abound in Webb’s novel. Michael J. Webb skillfully weaves geological science, mythology, and biblical accounts with international intrigue and mystery. Infernal Gates is what happens when you combine apocalyptic spiritual warfare with headline making news.

In the words of one of the characters, Anver, “what the enemy intends for evil, God will ultimately use for good.” Over and over in Infernal Gates that statement is proven to be the truth. Michael J. Webb writes a wonderful novel that is gripping, thrilling, and well worth all the late nights I stayed up to read Infernal Gates.  I would highly recommend his book to those who enjoy the novels of Ted Dekker and Frank Peretti!
