Reset and Commit

Now is the time that many are making New Year's Resolutions. Now is the time that many are looking toward and forward to a new start, a "reset", and a renewed focus and determination. As we transition into 2017 I have searched my heart and resolved to commit. The following are the the things that I commit to. I am sharing this with you in hopes that this will inspire you to commit to your calling, your passions, and maybe even a renewed commitment to your obligations and betterment of your life.

I commit......

First I commit to the betterment of myself this New Year. I will push harder than ever to grow stronger, wiser, better, and smarter....for my family, spiritually, with my health and fitness, and mentally!

I also commit....

I commit to apply and give of myself to the calling placed upon me to help others. My career as a personal trainer and gym owner is the avenue of action for the calling to help others. I commit to help others. I commit to help you. Every single day it is my mission and my passion to help someone become a better version of themselves! I commit to help others spiritually, emotionally, and mentally!

It is with expectancy and excitement that I face 2017...for myself and for those I am given the opportunity to help! Together, let's make it a monumental year!
